Case Study
Following the successful EY Ryder Cup event, I was approached by EY to run a pilot program using golf to support their people and organisational change culture.
This focused on empowering female employees to embrace golf and breakdown the stereotypical male environment of a golf club. The ladies who have taken part have embraced golf and it’s many challenges and advantages. By offering a variety of venues and golf games/challenges we have utilised Top Golf, Urban Golf, regular play on Wexham Park’s short course and the beautiful setting of the Buckinghamshire Golf Club the insights gained have been amazing.
